Vet signings - I think Kline is a great shout, I'd pick that over the other two. I'm hoping Hyder negates need for a vet Edge and think CB will survive in tact.
I would put Ward as backup NB and promote Moore to FS if the need came and I think we'll see more of Moore this year regardless. I'd worry about FS depth if we didn't have Ward signed, I know he's big money but it's worth it this year and I think there's an element of not looking too far in to the future w.r.t. Contracts and cap as you just can't predict what needs you'll have and if you only focus on future management you can lose sight of the opportunity in front of you.
If push came to shove, we'd trade Ward next year to recover the cap space.
Glad the rookies are doing well. A couple could make a name for themselves this year!
Love the idea of the Coleman trade, and almost to the point of shocked we haven't made a move on Klein already. Maybe we checked and he wants more than we're willing to pay? Or maybe he's not actually "available" due to Covid? Or not as good a fit as we think?
Though last year I also worried about our OL and it turned out OK, even despite all those injuries.

If I'm the bears I'm making a move for Kareem Hunt over Tevin Coleman. He is better and knows Nagys system.
