Anybody understand the full implications of the NFL Covid protocols? I've read time-line protocol info for a player testing positive, but what's it mean for the other players/staff members of the team? (Or a team they may have just played?)

Is anyone known to have been in close proximity to the infected person required to isolate? If so, how is that determined? Is there a minimum number of positive tests required before an entire team can be quarantined?

Or is the league and teams just sort of making it up as they go along?

i think everyone gets tested, so chances are nobody else got the virus if Fred did have it

Yes, they all go through the testing protocols and looks like no one else tested positive. Fingers crossed!!

It's not as bad as it sounds; he may not even have the symptoms. And given the intense TC he had, no reason to think he wouldn't be read for the season opener

Your first article wasn't about the punter?!?

SHAME!

How do you do gifs in this crazy thing? Or italic text, even? I'm so lost...

Just followed the rabbit trail from NN to Slack to here. This site is great! I hope it gets some traction as the anti-Vox option. Great to see articles from Pat here as well!
