Puntopolis State of the Punter: Season Opener Edition

Where will our leader take us in 2020?

Mayor of Puntopolis here.

Citizens! How do you like the new digs of our city? Not only have we wired it for cable TV, but we also have received our very own Whole Foods. Because of these two reasons, we are no longer a village, I welcome you to Puntopolis: the city of punts! The next thing we’ll need is our very own KFC.

I say there is absolutely no violations of intellectual property being involved.

With that comes discussion to our hero, the great Mitch Wishnowsky. I know, his rookie season was somewhat ‘meh,’ but that only means he can get better as a punter. He had some fun muffs in the playoffs and can only get better with time.

We didn’t get a preseason with our hero, but we head into our first game against the Arizona Cardinals where Wishnowsky can show us again why he is great. From there our city will flourish once again.

As your mayor, it is my sworn duty to tell you this city can only get better not worse.
